with Runabout running gear assemblies currently have an MSRP of only US$2988.00

typical in this group are the "beginner" 250cc's like the Honda
Rebels, Nighthawks, Virago 250's and all their Chinese clones.
Since there are a number of choices to be made, the basic running gear assembly
price does not include installation, fenders, wheels and tires all of which
are available separately.
There are several variations of each kind of option and prep available from The Trinity Trike and our dealers that are on the options charts. Most models require extra costs for factory installed modifications that involve parts from your current ride. Additional retail pricing of those upcharges, freight, options and installation can typically run anywhere from $1000 to $1800 over the base pricing shown above. That is why we encourage you to drop us a note telling us about what ride you want to convert as well as where you are.
Similar to the Roadster class, the basic running gear assembly comes equipped with the standard configuration described below:

Typical Core Charge Items:
Swingarm: Various installations require factory modification and/or welding of support assemblies. Some popular models are factory stocked and will result in a core charge, but more typically, the donor vehicle's swingarm must actually be sent in for modification.
Sprocket: All axles are factory assembled and as above, some popular models are factory stocked and will result in a core charge, but more typically, the donor vehicle's drive sprocket must be sent in for installation.
